DEFINITIONS
Part :
Anyone contractually bound by the general conditions of use of the BrainyLearn platform.
Platform:
The web interface as well as the Android and IOS applications made available to trainers and users.
Service:
The functionality of the web interface and Android and IOS applications.
Training partner:
Training companies or private individuals contributing to the preparation of training courses posted on the BrainyLearn platform.
Student:
Anyone who is authorized to access and use the platform and its services in order to follow one of the available training.
Personal domain:
Student user profile through which he has access to a lot of information such as personal profile, course management, saving of learning status, etc.
Username:
Identification is the personal code transmitted to each student in order to allow them to access and use the platform and its services.

Clause n ° 1: Field of application
The BrainyLearn platform presents in a structured way various training offers aimed both at professionals in the fields concerned and at individuals wishing to deepen their knowledge. BrainyLearn gathers the offers and checks their quality. BrainyLearn is solely responsible for the publication of training courses and does not act as the creator of the content.
In these general conditions of use, BrainyLearn sets the framework governing subscription to training offers as well as the use of the e-learning platform. The processing of student data is detailed in the data protection policy.
Clause n o 2: Registration to the e-learning platform
Registration to the BrainyLearn e-learning platform is required to use the training offers. Registration is free. The student who registers nevertheless enters into a contract with BrainyLearn relating to the use of the e-learning platform. The student agrees not to misuse the BrainyLearn e-learning platform by accepting the general conditions of use before registration. BrainyLearn and the students of the platform are subject to a data protection policy. Both parties undertake to treat personal data confidentially and accept the related policy prior to registration. Acceptance of the data protection policy is binding on the parties even after the period of use.

BrainyLearn provides access to a great deal of information and quality services from training partners. This information is protected by copyright. While BrainyLearn strives to ensure that the information is correct at the time of posting, it cannot give any guarantees as to the completeness and accuracy of such information.
A lot of general information is accessible to everyone. However, booking a course is not possible without prior registration on the platform.
All information and course offers are non-binding. BrainyLearn expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete parts of pages or the entire offer without notice or to suspend publication temporarily or permanently.
Some of the content is only accessible after the student has registered. Certain additional functions, such as an overview of reserved, ongoing or already completed training courses are available in the personal area. At any time, the student also has the possibility to modify his user profile and his password. In addition, the student is required to enter personal information that is correct.

The quality of course content is checked by BrainyLearn from the point of view of formal aspects, didactic objectives and coverage of its objectives. Appropriate learning paths and transparent objectives should support students when registering for and participating in training.
BrainyLearn and its training partners expressly reserve the right to modify, supplement or delete parts of pages or the entire offering without notice or to suspend publication temporarily or permanently.

5.1. Registration
Students can register for training on the platform independently, either directly with BrainyLearn or through a link with a training partner. For this, the student must create a user account. In the event of suspected abuse, BrainyLearn reserves the right to exclude the student concerned from the platform or to block access to him, with immediate effect and without notice. No reimbursement of training costs may be required.
5.2. Payment
The price is indicated in the description of the training. Payment is made directly through the e-learning platform. When the reservation is confirmed, the purchase becomes final and access to training is released. BrainyLearn reserves the right to modify the price of training courses at any time and without notice. Price changes may have their effect on bookings that have not been definitively confirmed by students.
